Going to the gym but so many people look so good it can be intimidating
It’s when your a beginner to see so many fit people. I know things don’t happen over night but I guess I just need to try and tune it out.

It’s truly amazing how much fitness has changed my life. Before I was pretty lazy, overweight and not motivated. Now all of those things have improve in my life. I am certaintly not a bodybuilder but I also don’t give a damn either. My life has improved on so many other levels as well.
I love lifting weights, but I think after age 40, my body needs more rest or something else to keep me going Any tips?
I work out very hard and seems to have minor injuries after age 40. Is this normal?
I enjoy paddleboarding, running and being outside. Summer can be so much fun
Any fellow runners want to chime in on their favorite type of run? Sprints, long distance, or only 1 or 2 miles?
