I have been recently lifting heavy weights in the gym and I feel that I am not only getting stronger but also a better workout. Who else feels this way?

If someone could answer this question I would appreciate it. I am 24, 5ft 10, weigh 220lbs and can squat below parallel with 625lbs and with just a belt.
I think dad bods look like trash and shows how lazy a man truly is. Men that workout and do it correctly look pretty bad ass. People notice and will usually respect you more. Anyone else agree?

Since I like to be active, I would prefer my partner to be the same way. People are too lazy these days and its sad. An hour of weightlifting is building a better overall life in my opinion.
